As a child, Cam always envisioned owning a successful business. Coming from a family with a deep understanding of the real estate world Cam made the decision to go into selling real estate. Teaming with childhood friend James Redden, he opened Camden & Redden Realty.

JAMES REDDEN, Broker-in Charge

James started his real estate career with Century 21 - Nichols Realty where he was instilled with how to sell real estate with a personalized touch. However, James had always dreamed of building his own business from scratch and watching it bloom. After much success with Century 21, James ventured out and started his own real estate company with childhood friend Guy Camden Casper. After only a few short months the business skyrocketed and he was own his way to making his dream a reality.

With years of experience behind him James believes that working in Real Estate is more than showings and figuring numbers, it entails forming trusting relationships that last forever.

James is committed to bringing people and properties together. This has made him a top producer in the area where he is known for his outstanding work ethic, negotiating skills, his integrity and his attention to detail.

Ashley Lawson joined Camden & Redden Realty, LLC, in 2008.

A native of King, North Carolina, she graduated from University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she received her bachelors degree in marketing and business.

She follows market change closely to enable her clients's ability to make informed decisions regarding their buying and selling needs.

Ashley is very driven to achieve her clients expectations and requests so that they might have the best possible experience.
